Renowned directors and promising young creators present their films at the 5th International Documentary Festival of Castellorizo that will take place from the 23rd to the 30th of August on the island of Akriti.
In addition to the films of the competition section, the Festival has secured award-winning and interesting documentaries for the “Panorama” section and its Special Screenings.
Our film “Wings of the Great War” participates in this part of the festival.
The Festival is organized by the Hellenic Foundation for Historical Studies (IDISME) together with the Ecrans des Mondes (Paris) and the Castellorizo Revival Association (Sydney) and is under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Hellenes Abroad (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Municipality Megistis, of the Embassies of Australia, the USA and Israel as well as with the kind support of the Greek Parliament, the General Secretariat of Island Policy, the Ministry of Culture and Sports, ERT and EKOME.
